Approximately 285 million people worldwide live with low vision & blindness. This World Sight Day, let’s pledge to make people around us aware about blindness & vision impairment.
On this global day, we have tried to aware people by giving them pamphlets mentioning some healthy tips for their eyes; moreover a press release was also published in some of the local news papers with the same motive of awareness.
A free eye check up camp was organized at Sara Sae Pvt ltd at Selaqui Industrial area. Over 130 employees underwent the test, out which few were diagnosed with some eye problems and referred to the hospital for further evaluation.
In association with Bajaj Capital, A Free Eye check up camp was conducted at Times square mall, Dehradun. This camp was open for all the employees as well as for the walk-in. Around 150 people took advantage of this social activity, out of which few were diagnosed with Cataract and some other eye problems. Needful were referred to the hospital for more investigation.
A free eye check up camp was organized at Sara Sae Pvt ltd at Pritam Road office. A staff of 80 underwent the test, out which few were diagnosed with some eye problems and referred to the hospital for further evaluation.
A next generation Preloaded Hydrophobic IOL – Vivinex, by HOYA Surgical Optics was officially launched at Amritsar Eye Clinic on 29/08/2016. This IOL Technology has been brought for the first time in the state of Uttarakhand by Amritsar Eye Clinic.
